Location not convenient.

The location was great there, in a nice area. The room was luxury with the park view, comfy beds plus the kitchen as described. The staff were pleasant and kind and provided a great service.

the location was great - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. our bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was good-sized with the kitchen. incredibly nice and very attentive staff, helped us a lot.

The check-in process was a nightmare. Only one staff member was present, leading to absurd wait times during peak hours. I felt completely stranded outside in the heat, unacceptable and raises real safety concerns.

The air conditioning was perfect for the warm Cali climate, and waking up to a rooftop breakfast with fresh dishes was a highlight. The generous room size allowed my family to relax comfortably while enjoying the beautiful view outside our window.

The check-in process left much to be desired. There was only one staff member at the front desk during peak times, which resulted in lengthy wait times. This inconvenience overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay as it raised safety concerns when the entrance was unstaffed.

The check-in process could use some work, as it felt a bit slow. Once I settled in the Deluxe Suite, I found it to be spacious and spotless. I particularly enjoyed being close to local attractions like the Zoologico and Cali Tower, both just a short walk away. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the warm weather, which allowed me to relax fully during my visit.

The room was a good size and super clean. The air conditioning worked well, amazing since it got pretty warm. The view from the window was nice, and I liked that I had enough space to move around with my family. The only downside was that there wasn't a mini-fridge, which would have been handy to keep some drinks cool. It was a comfy place for a one-night stay.
